Founded in 1986, N.P.E.I - Nabeul Preparatory Engineering Institute was the pionneer Preparatoy Engineering school in Tunisia.

The present task of N.P.E.I - Nabeul Preparatory Engineering Institute, Institute is to ensure two-year preparation for the National exam allowing access to Institutes of higher education in science and technology. N.P.E.I is both a sckool for higher education and RESEARCH. N.P.E.I Nabeul Preparatory Engineering Institute, endowed with a civil status and financial autonomy, is part of 7th November University-Carthage, under the supervision of the Ministry of higher Education. It’s run by a Director assisted by a director of studies and training, three department chairmen, a scientific council and a Secretary General.

THE INSTITUT ACCOMODATES :

• 28 classrooms of an average area of 60m2 • Lecture hall (150 seats) • Two rooms for industrial drawing Labs : • 2 Computer Sciences labs, • 6 Physics labs (optics, mechanics, electronic and electricity) • 3 Chemistry labs ( organic and general) • 1 Library equipped with a wide range of scientific and literary books, newspapers and weekly magazines students and teachers can either borrow or consult them on the spot. For borrowing, students need to have a library subscription Card.
